Donkas Lab serves donkas, the Korean equivalent of Japan's tonkatsu - the pork cutlet is familiar enough, thinly breaded and deep-fried, but what sets Donkas Lab apart from tonkatsu joints is how the meat is accompanied. Try it served in a skillet with Karae Rice, similar to a Japanese curry preparation but with a spiced beef stock that's meaty and sweetish (RM25), or with everything from kimchi jigae to kimchi fried rice, jajang myun to to cheese ramyun.
